Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria established by Tigray Community Colorado. Membership is not transferable.
Application:
All individuals interested in becoming members must complete the membership application form accurately and honestly. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the rejection of the application.
Membership Fees:
Members are required to pay the membership fee as outlined in the membership application. Fees are non-refundable.
Term:
Membership is granted for an initial term of one year, renewable upon payment of the annual membership fee.
Rights and Privileges:
Members have the right to participate in all community activities, e.g., voting in elections, attending meetings, accessing exclusive event, etc]. These rights and privileges are subject to the terms and conditions established by the organization.
Code of Conduct:
Members must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and inclusive behavior. Violation of this code may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
Termination:
Tigray Community Colorado reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s membership for reasons including but not limited to non-payment of fees, breach of the organization’s bylaws, or disruptive behavior.
Privacy:
Tigray Community Colorado will collect and process members’ personal information for the purpose of managing membership. Members’ personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
Communication:
Members may receive communication from Tigray Community Colorado, including newsletters, event updates, and important notices. Members can opt-out of non-essential communications.
Amendments:
Tigray Community Colorado reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
