Role: The Youth Program Director for Tigray Community of Colorado oversees and coordinates initiatives aimed at the development and well-being of young individuals within the Tigrayan community in Colorado.
Education: B.A. in psychology and a minor in biology from the University of Colorado Denver.
About: Born and raised in Colorado, Edna Gaim’s experience spans a variety of roles, from management to caregiving, each contributing to my strengths in leadership, communication, research, and team management. Edna thrives in diverse environments and is deeply passionate about psychology, particularly in mental health. As Youth Program Director of the Tigrai Community of Colorado, she is committed to connecting the youth to their community and serving their needs.

Experience: Seventeen years of experience in the health sector at national and international positions both in Ethiopia and African countries with Government, NGOs and United Nations.
